creating content calender as pro content creator
How you should create a content calendar:
KPI: Insure that you are sticking to the target you want to achieve, some times it’s gaining more views that will make you post more fun contents. Sometimes it’s about selling more products that will make you post you products’ benefit so you will create a demand for your supply.
Targeted personalities: be aware of your target needs, the content should be appropriate for the age (trends for GenZ are different from trends for GenX ) , their obligations that may affect their personalities and types of decision making . And all the things you need to know about the targeted gender to make demand for your content or products.
Value: What makes you different from you rivals on the market is your value and the main reason that customer should buy from you not the other sellers. Make sure you have mentioned that (it’s better to be hidden and not offensive) in your contents.
Analysis: any niche has a great successful player , make sure you have analyzed their types of successful contents and create a contents for your own products inspirated by them.
Contents: What types of content perform the best for your niche. Carousel posts, reels, long vids, make sure you use the appropriate type more than the others. Don’t stick to a same type use all but be aware of those which works better and use them more.
Tone: the tone of voice , you have to consider that the niche is fun, luxury, or any other types so you will change the type of texts and scenarios on your content.
CTA: each content made should have a certain call to action. It can be straight to the point ( buying the product) or something else (commenting, following, etc…). Use high friction CTA to get relatable stories or POV from your audience.
Utilities: make sure your contents match your utilities such as camera, models(for clothing contents), studio(for recordings and … )
Interactions: make sure your contents will raise your interactions with your previous followers. contents should be related to each other so It will be like there are following a series and always waiting for next season. It’s like clustering topics and contents.
Hooks: Use words to spark curiosity, value promising, emotional connectors, provokers and etc… such as :
• “What Nobody Tells You…”
→ “What nobody tells you about [topic]… and why it matters.”
• “I Made This Mistake…”
→ “I wasted [X time/money] doing THIS before I figured it out…”
• “Why You’re Still Struggling With…”
→ “If you’re still struggling with [problem], here’s why →”
• “Controversial Take”
→ “Controversial opinion: [Hot take]. Agree or disagree?”
• “Quick Fix”
→ “Want [desirable result] in [short time] → Do this first.”
• “Which One Are You?”
→ “There are 2 types of people in this world → Which one are you?”
• “I Wish I Knew This Earlier”
→ “I wish someone told me this before I started [doing thing]…”

• CTA Hook (for virality)
→ “Save this → You’ll thank yourself later.”
Triggers: Use Curiosity, controversy, relatability, novelty, storytelling to drive engagement. Pick emotional targets , tell a short story to make relatable points.
