# RLMatrix Contributor License Agreement | |
## 1. Purpose | |
This Contributor License Agreement ("CLA") clarifies the terms under which You (the Contributor) may contribute to RLMatrix, owned by Adrian Sieradzki. | |
## 2. Definitions | |
"Contribution" means any source code, documentation, or other original works of authorship submitted by You to RLMatrix. | |
## 3. Grant of Rights | |
By submitting a Contribution, You: | |
a) Confirm that You have the legal authority to grant the rights in this CLA | |
b) Grant Adrian Sieradzki a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable license to: | |
- Reproduce, modify, display, perform, sublicense, and distribute Your Contributions | |
- License Your Contributions under the RLMatrix Comprehensive Dual License Agreement | |
- Grant recipients of Your Contributions the same rights | |
## 4. Representations | |
You represent that: | |
a) Your Contributions are Your original creation | |
b) You have not copied code from other projects without proper attribution | |
c) Your employer (if any) has no rights to Your Contributions | |
## 5. Disclaimer | |
Your Contributions are provided "AS IS" without warranties or conditions. | |
## 6. Acceptance | |
Any Contribution submitted indicates Your acceptance of this CLA. | |
## 7. Attribution Rights | |
By submitting a Contribution, You agree that Adrian Sieradzki: | |
a) Has the right to use Your Contributions without attribution in any academic publications, conferences, presentations, or other materials | |
b) Is not required to mention or cite Contributors in any scientific papers, technical documentation, or public presentations about RLMatrix | |
c) May choose to provide attribution at his sole discretion |
