In Philadelphia in 2018, Captain Tubbard (Tom Scott) takes a perilous and increasingly hallucinatory journey up the Delaware river to find and terminate Colonel Curtz (Curt Howard), a once-promising developer who has reportedly gone completely mad. In the company of a Navy patrol boat filled with street-smart product team members, a surfing-obsessed project manager (Eric Bigler), and a crazed technical writer (Chris Cressman), Tubbard travels further and further into the heart of darkness.
