Philadelphia is a grim, gray shadow of itself after the explosion of an oil refinery in South Philadelphia. A man (Tubbo Tubbensen) and his young cat (Sassafras) wander through this post-apocalyptic city, trying to keep the dream of software development alive. They journey toward the Delaware river, committing as best they can on what meager tickets they can scavenge, and try to avoid roving gangs of savage junior developers who will turn them into their code slaves, or worse!
