Non–Facebook Account Holders
People have the option of uploading their contacts from their email address books and sending email invitations to those contacts inviting them to join Facebook. If there is no account associated with the email address from which you are contacting us, and you received an invitation to join Facebook, then this email address and the date(s) you were invited to join Facebook are the only information we have stored. We have not shared this information with third parties.
In order to stop receiving invitation emails, please follow the instructions at the bottom of any one of those emails. Please be aware that if you choose to stop receiving emails from Facebook, we would need to hold a record of your email address in order to add it to a “do not email” list.
Thanks for contacting Facebook,
The Facebook Team
