Do you have any solutions for this? I'm using ubuntu 11.04, what it looks like to me is that heroku is installed, but ruby or whatever isn't looking in the right path to find where it's installed. I looked in the directory from the first line with the 'no such file to load -- readline (LoadError)' and heroku isn't in there.
Does $ sudo gem install [gem] work for you? No matter what I try, it always ends up with a no such command error. I can do a $ gem install [gem] but not with sudo.
