What is this:

A clubhouse! The idea here is to have a common space located in Nashville that we can hang out with our friends to do things. Because, we do that on Thursday, so why not more often?

The key ideas being:
- Let's have a place where I can work during the day
- Let's have a place where I can do <X> that I can't do at home because of <Y>
- Let's have a place where I can crash because I'm drunk as fuck and don't want to drive home.
- Let's have a place where I can workout.

Goals:
- Centrally located
- Maximize Buy-in
- Have people in we like/trust
- "great clubhouse or the greatest clubhouse?"

Things we need to know:
* Where in town should this be located?
* How much would you pay per month to use this space?
* How much in addition would you donate/pay for one-time startup costs?
* What is the minimum amount of time you would buy-in? (6/12/18/24 mo?)
* Would you work from here? If so, how often?
* Would you use this space as a workout area? If so, what types of equipment would you like to see?
* What items would you contribute to the personal collection?
* Would you sleep here? If so, how often?
* Would you use this space to work on your car(s)?
* Would you watch TV here?
* Would you use Internet here?
* Would you craft beer here?
