Subject: RMA #20851593 shipping
Dear Customer,
Thank you for contacting Newegg.
I am sorry for this inconvenience. I have waived the restocking fee on the RMA # 20851593. However, we do not return the original shipping cost for customers. However, I have sent $52.41 credit back to your source of payment as a one time exception to cover the original shipping cost.
In addition, I have already issued you a prepaid return shipping label so that you will not be responsible for the shipping cost. For your reference, you can print out the shipping label on our website by following the instructions below:
1. Browse to www.newegg.com
2. Click "My Account" in the top-right hand corner of the web page
3. Click "Check Return Status" and log in
4. Click the "Re-Print Label" link next to the related RMA Number
Thank you for your patience and understanding. If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.
Sincerely,
Stuart Y

Subject: RMA #20851593 shipping
Hi... I received the RMA #20851593 for invoice # 34367978. I've
repacked the item in its original shipping container, adn it's ready to
go. However, there are a few problems:
1. It says you are charging me $90 for restocking. I should not be
charged any fee; the item is not as advertised. That is an error on
your end.
2. Likewise, I expect a refund of the initial shipping fees.
3. Likewise, I expect either a UPS call tag, or a promise to refund my
return shipping fees.
Thanks. I've always had good service from NewEgg, and I'm sure this is
just a limitation of your automated RMA system. Please reassure me with
a personal reply.
