Hey, I have the same exact exception in my output and I can not for the life of me figure out what the issue is. I can't load my save game, But making a new game and loading to that works fine. Your mods are numbered so i'm not sure what we have in common there. I have HugsLib, Medical Tab, The Birds and the Bees, Glitter Tech, Efficient Light, Hospitality A16, Tilled Soil, and Stockpile Efficiency. Please let me know if you have any idea what's going on.
