it's a bit ad hominem, but as flames go, it's very mild? and the phrasing makes some sense given the context
i don't think viewing it through a veil of ignorance (that people have differing values on what constitutes an "attack") that comment 14 is 
justified, and it's really not an acceptable response from an organization that claims to be open and accountable
