The Tower of Eldara is visible off the archipelago to the north. The Ruined Reaches is accessible via the path to the shore south of the Secret Lab. The islands at the very north of the map, which used to be discoverable by going to the edge of the mainland, are no longer anything special. I use Tom Tom and all my coordinates seem to be different then those listed. For those without coordinates, wait until you can fly level 60 for worgens and fly in a circle inside the outer mountain range and then do another circle inside and most of the map should open up. Go into that, and continue up going left, now. Jump across it and go up to your right. At the very top, turn right so you are lined up to either jump over to the other landing area, or try and slowly walk across to it jumping is easier. If you go too far, you will be dead before you see the track for the arrows so just take a step or two. Then turn around ad go the way you came, or jump down where you feel you can take it. The Ruined Reaches are on the southern most shore line right below The Secret Lab on the map. Up to date, just did it today. The nearest graveyard is up there in the palace. This explores half the map for you and gives you the "Joy Ride" achievement too if you go from one end to the other without getting off! By getting off at each stop, you explore that area.
