Library_MMDFiles の POSIX (といっても実作業の環境上 MacOSX と Linux での確認だけど) で共有ライブラリを作成できるようにするためのパッチです。64bit にも対応します。ライセンスは MMDAgent と同じく修正 BSD ライセンスです。
