  • Learning any subject with any sort of proficiency requires a lot of hard work and discipline.

What is your greatest strength and how do you know?

My greatest strength is my ability to work independently when given a task. When assigned an objective, I will plan accordingly without supervision and achieve the task at hand. This is not to say that I do not ask for help when needed. I know this is my strength because of my time in the Army. I was constantly in charge of completing tasks with little to no guidance and was commended often for my work.

How do you work best?

I work best with clear instructions and goals. I do not like being micro managed when tasked with something, nor do I like doing things a specifc way without a good reason. I prefer to be given a task and let loose to complete the objective. I also want to know the reason behind the assignment to give me a purpose and a better picture of what I am doing.

What is your greatest area of improvement?

My greatest area of improvement has been my organization. In the past, I never wrote down tasks or planned anything before setting forth
