Project title: Meet Up DataBases
Scope :
 - Purpose : People in Belgium could build a connection to each other with people around them that has the same hobby or interest.
 - I include user (people), cities in Belgium, hobies/interest and the events that could use to connect people with their hobbies.
 - People and city that are not in Belgium is out of the scope.
 
 Functionlal requirement:
 - What should a user be able to do with your database? The user could register her/him self (CRUD), could create an event or/and register to an event,
 could do a search and add people to his/her friend list.
