Disabling concrete extension update.
You can do this by editing the extensions manifest json-file

on Windows: C:\Users\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Extensions\\manifest.json (find out the extensions ID by enabling developer mode in the extension settings page)

Save that list to some path


The list should be in the form of “ur_username\repo_name” per line. Use regex search (Sublime text could help). Search for ' |.*' and replace by empty.
