What role does empathy play in your life and how has it helped you? Empathy plays a huge role in my life giving the circumstances and situations I have been through. Having the understanding of how individuals feels sees and hear things from a different perspective has helped me discover that I may not be the person who feels a certain way about a situation or topic. I have learned that understanding different individual thoughts and feelings can open my eyes to different side of life that I have not experienced or seen before which has open my mind further into universe of people. I try to practice empathy and teach empathy no matter where I am or what situation is giving to me, having a understanding emotional is great practice to succeed in life no matter where you stand.

What is your greatest strength and how do you know? My greratest strength would be my ability to gain skills in a timely manner by being placed in an hands on environment. Over the years being employed at various jobs, I learned my ability to gain skills qiuckly by being placed in enviroments where time was of the essence. I found that I was able to gasp the skills that was needed in order to do my job fast and efficiently, it came natural to me. This strength has allowed me to land jobs where I had little to no experience being open to learn different skills.

How do you work best? I work best by being as organized as I can. I find that with right notes and direct teaching I am able to execute what I need to do the get the job done rather if the environment at hand is fast paced or moderately paced.
