Angular2 Show placeholder base64 image source till image is fully loaded
This component shows a smaller image or a base64 encoded image till the bigger version is fully loaded.
Added a blur/fade effect for the transition.

bash scripts to create VOD HLS stream with ffmpeg almighty (tested on Linux and OS X)

running:

bash create-vod-hls.sh beach.mkv

will produce:

    beach/
      |- playlist.m3u8
 |- 360p.m3u8
