how to execute ? im new in python

This is a Jupyter notebook file - you'll need to follow these instructions to install Jupyter on your computer.

I recommend the Anaconda installer. I think you'll find it useful, especially as you're new to Python.

Edit: You'll also need a YouTube API key - you can read about that here if you don't have one already. You'll need to replace 'KEYKEYKEY' with your proper API key.
