    No longer look at nameds in dd
    
    It was a nice idea, but it broke the introspection on positionals.
    And since nqp::p6argvmarray only knows about positionals, and that is
    needed to introspect (afaics), dropping the nameds support was needed
    to reinstate positional introspection
