- 7 medium potatoes
- 0.5 cup diced green onions
- 0.5 cup salad oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar
- 2 tsp diced fresh dill weed
- 2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 0.5 cup sour cream
- 0.5 cup diced celery
- Peel the potatoes.
- Boil the potatoes. Remove them from the water when soft, but before they start to fall apart.
- Slice the potatoes into 0.25-inch chips and lay out in layers in a casserole dish.
- Mix the green onions, salad oil, vinegar, dill weed and garlic salt in a bowl. Spread across the potatoes.
- Marinate the mixture for at least 2 hours. The longer, the better (TWSS).
- Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl. Add the celery and mix again. Pour into and mix with the potatoes.
- Serve.
