Obfuscurity's Potato Salad

Ingredients

  • 7 medium potatoes
  • 0.5 cup diced green onions
  • 0.5 cup salad oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 2 tsp diced fresh dill weed
  • 2 tsp garlic salt
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 0.5 cup diced celery

Directions

  • Peel the potatoes.
  • Boil the potatoes. Remove them from the water when soft, but before they start to fall apart.
  • Slice the potatoes into 0.25-inch chips and lay out in layers in a casserole dish.
  • Mix the green onions, salad oil, vinegar, dill weed and garlic salt in a bowl. Spread across the potatoes.
  • Marinate the mixture for at least 2 hours. The longer, the better (TWSS).
  • Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream in a bowl. Add the celery and mix again. Pour into and mix with the potatoes.
  • Serve.
