HA Smart Dimmer: a dimmer for everyone

Experimental fork to control lights using Zigbee2MQTT instead of ZHA. Tested using IKEA Floalt. Uses the brightness_move command which may not be supported on all lights.
A Blueprint for Home Assistant which allow every button to dimm every light

Note: Dimming non-Zigbee devices has known issues. ZHA lights works perfectly.
