There is a typo in the sitemapXml method

    </url>
-   ${blogPostsXml}
+   ${postsXml}
  </urlset>`;

Also, the xml declaration should start at first line

-     return `
-     <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
+     return `<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
