<p>曹汀博士於美國科羅拉多州立大學 (Colorado State University) 取得博士學位，專長為生物化學及免疫學，除曾在加州大學舊金山醫學院(UCSF) 及奧克拉荷馬州立大學從事研究工作外，1980年創立Zymed公司，提供近2千種免疫試劑作為癌病相關疾病的研發及診斷，並成為全球第三大病理體外診斷試劑公司，在2005年被全球最大試劑公司LIFE Technologies收購。1988年創立Genemed公司，提供診斷試劑代工服務，曾作為Roche部分分子診斷試劑產品之唯一代工生產廠商長達17年，為世界知名IVD公司。</p>
