"#### A winner Brazilian fashion store well established in Brazil, which combines great brands, food and a style bar, receives alternative people for good chats and ideas. We are trying to convince then, with our global vision, they have an unique strategy. After visiting 26 countries from Honk Kong to California, I have decided to research Lisbon, considering it is a cheap, touristic, global, common language and cultural rich city. \n",

"#### They do not know, but I am preparing this data-driven decision on the new location most suitable for the new place in Lisbon. This will be the most smart and artificial decision, to avoid any passion for a Void Store.\n",

"#### Their strategy focus on great brands, like Adidas and Nike, normally using exclusive launches, combined with local alternative brands, thinking about ESG - Environmental, Social and Governance target. They normally focus the cash generation on the clothes and drinks, targeting the same costumers. \n",

"#### So I need to find the most cool, young, LGBT+ and touristic areas. A place to meet young, beautiful, touristic and alternative people.\n",

"#### The main criteria is a place in Lisbon where the young people like to spend sometime in the best night clubs. We will need to find the best rated places by global young people. In Brazil is very common to organize the party inside the store, but I think Lisbon is a conservative city and I do not want to expose them launching some festival that will be the reason to block the Brazilian stores.\n",

"### The analysis and recommendation will try to find the coolest places in Lisbon, close by the best night clubs, with no Adidas or Nike stores nearby (the anchor brands) and normally rated by LGBT+ people, which normally loves this kind of stores. \n",

"### I know that my target stakeholders are smart guys, but they have Brazilian experience and will try to use their business feeling to find the best place. My strategic view will recommend that if we want to start a global expansion the smart decision will combine their knowledge with computer data science. I really believe the computer is an additional tool for human brain and we can have a win/win decision.\n",
