After installing the Bluejeans plugin, I found that I still couldn't use the Bluejeans service. The plugin didn't show up under about:plugins
, suggesting a problem with Firefox loading the plugin. In fact, after deleting ~/.mozilla/firefox/*.default/pluginreg.dat
and restarting Firefox from the commandline, I got an error like this:
