In order to access the cluster you need to be added to some EPFL groups by Ola.
To check whether you are added to the groups, go to groups.epfl.ch, click on the "Groups I'm member of" tab and search for "thl2". You should see the following groups: rcp-runai-thl2, runai-thl2, thl2-scratch.
