I work at a IT company. There are around 50 employees at the Shanghai office. 
Out department members work 45 hour per week, give or take. 
It's a little overwork. We have two mangers. I'm one of managers. 
The other one is my manager. Some people don't like to do exercise. 
They like cheeseburgers, fired chicken and potato chips. Others go to the gym after work. 
They have exercises routine and maintain a heath work-life balance.  
They want to get into shape. We have a company traveling per year. Last year, We traveled to Vietnam. 
I and my colleagues take approximately one week's vacation.  It's an awesome vacation.

My career goals are clear. I want to work at German, in the next year. 
However, I have to improve my English, now. Then I'm a programmer. 
So I definitely will coding for several years. 
I will become a manager or a supervisor at development department in the future. 
But in next 5 years, I need to learn German and study a new IT technology. 
And I have to make a decision between a manager and a expert. 
A expert means I need more professional knowledge in a specific area. 
A manager means my duty is about coordinated and supervised.

Hi, Mr. Kevin.
I have some good news to tell you. I had a dinner with Sally Cassidy, the VP of GXC Solutions, on last Monday. 
It is a great meeting. Sally told me some good news. Because of the past year. 
GXC wants to increase purchases from us by 20%. It's a big chance. Our business is growing fast. 
The relationship between our companies is more and more better. 
At the end, Sally also told me that she wants to meet again as soon as possible to talk more about the
future plans and opportunities. I will tell you more details.

The Nintendo new game console, Nintendo Switch changes the way that players play games. 
I’m more social because the portable system of switch. 
I’ve been play the games alone, before I bough it. 
Now I can play games with my friends and colleagues outside without a monitor like a tablet computer. 
The Switch more like a ‘hybrid-console’. It can switch from ‘home console’ to ‘tablet console’  in a second.
Because of that, I can play games wherever and whenever. 
For example, I'm able to play a game at home, then next, I can play same game at a party with my friends.

TT and I had a vacation at Shanghai Disney Resort on July 3rd. 
This is the second time that we have gone to Disney Resort. 
But this is the first time that we had a magic lunch at Royal Banquet Hall. 
We had three courses. My appetizer was the Chef's Royal Salad. 
TT''s was a Crab Cakes with Mango Salsa. He said he liked the cake very much. 
It was so wonderful and amazing. A slow-Cooked Beef Short Ribs was my main course.
TT chose the Cinderella Pumpkin Stew. Their dessert was excellent too. And they provided free drinks. 
Besides, It was a magic realm. We received many greetings from Disney Characters. 
The server helped us to take many pictures with the characters.
