I am calling to indicate my support for the zoning change at 1700 N Western Avenue. As you know, it's currently a used car dealer and the owner wants to build a 60 unit apartment building. This is a superior use of the land and due to the CTA's past, present, and forthcoming service and infrastructure changes to increase reliability and capacity on the Blue Line, the additional neighbors will have an unmeasurable effect on the crowding on the Blue Line.

The CTA added morning and afternoon capacity two weeks ago and is working on a project to add even more capacity within the next two years. The main result on denying new housing from being built in our ward would mean sustained high rents in the vicinity or, worse, incre

I downloaded the CSV from Freddy Martinez. See all the data, and the FOIA request, on their repo. This data dump should show the same data the Chicago Tribune used in its analysis of where Chicago police officers issue tickets to people bicycling.

The CSV started with 15,971 total records.

I performed the following corrections of the data:

• Removed 71 records on Unknown street
• Coalesced all records on KING DR to use the same spelling
• Removed the following ambiguous ones (sorry, I should have recorded the unique record ID along with these):
