End-User License Agreement (EULA)

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the software product "A³ Attache" (the "Software") developed by Alexander Falameev ("Licensor", "We", or "Us"). By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

• The Software is licensed, not sold. Subject to your continuous compliance with this Agreement and the JetBrains Marketplace terms applicable to your purchase/subscription (the “Marketplace Terms”), the Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software solely:
  • within a YouTrack instance under your control, and
  • by the number of users/instances/servers permitted by the Marketplace Terms for your subscription.
