SpaceChem Changelog v1013

SpaceChem Changelog v1013

Noticeable gameplay changes:

  • Random inputs now have the same order regardless of OS
  • Fixed simulation bugs: missed collisions, molecule smashing and telekinesis
  • Fixed asymmetrical collisions

Noticeable QoL:

  • Don't offer to upload video to YouTube, just save to desktop
  • Auto-scroll through ResNet volumes by holding down the mouse button on a paging button
  • Right-click reactor menu with options to swap colors, mirror the reactor and reset it
  • New "warp speed" for running as quickly as your computer can handle. (Also made the Slow button have a consistent speed.)

Negligible gameplay changes:

  • Allow Greek symbols in ResearchNet (both in the puzzle editor and in sensors during play)
  • Bugfix: disallow deleting symbols while the solution is running
  • Process reactors in topological order to avoid "reactor priority"

Negligible QoL:

  • Fixed YouTube tutorial link
  • Show bonder priority
  • Removed ability to submit to ResearchNet
  • Show cycles above 100K
  • Improved naming of solution videos
  • Fixed leaderboard issue with puzzles whose names contained non-English characters like "Sacré Bleu!" and "Wöhler Synthesis"
  • The unknown element can have bonds in annotations
  • Bugfix: wrong outputs were sometimes accepted in solutions
  • Bugfix: now you can't lose after the victory screen appears
  • Translation improvements
  • More intelligent length selection for videos
  • "Stuck keys in transitions" fixed
  • All random inputs are shown if they are the same molecule in different positions
  • Performance improvements
