    From Zero GCP Knowledge to Top 100: Building a Multi-Agent Healthcare AI on Google Cloud

Two sprints. About two weeks. No prior Google Cloud experience.
Team Inference Engines came together on April 3rd to compete in the Google Cloud Gen AI Academy APAC Edition Cohort 1 hackathon. Five days later, on April 8th, we shipped our first prototype. On April 22nd, the news arrived. We made the Top 100. Nine more days of refinement followed. We submitted on April 30th.
The Google Cloud Gen AI Academy APAC Edition Cohort 1, hosted by Google Cloud and Hack2skill, brought together 192,000+ developers from 66,000+ organizations across 12+ APAC countries [^4]. Out of approximately 18,000 competing teams [^5], we made the Top 100 cut.
