Goals and Expectations for the Project (What does each group member hope to get out of this project? What do we want to achieve as a team? How will we know that we're successful?):
We would like to have a nice website but more importantly we want to understand what we are doing.
Team strengths & collaboration styles (consider discussing your Pairin qualities here):
Sarah is a big picture person and likes to try stuff and edit later.
Amanda is all about the details and likes to take her time to understand.
How we can use our strengths to overcome obstacles:
Sarah can engourage Amanda to take risks.
Amanda can encourage Sarah to slow down.

Sarah is in Texas 1 hour ahead of Colorado, 5:30-6:30 dinner break, Wednesday 6:30-7:30 unavailable
Amanda is unavailable Friday

Slack messaging, every time we start working we do a check in "how are you?(answer honestly)"
