Edit comment: Word choice: “deactivated” instead of “disabled”.
<b title="Twitter Account" style=white-space:nowrap;><span style=background:#89ffff;border-radius:4px>{{URL|https://twitter.com/@{{{1|textfiles}}}|@{{{1|textfiles}}}</span>{{#ifeq:{{{2}}}|1|{{twlock}}|}}}}</span></b><noinclude>
Created for [[List of lost Twitter accounts]].
Usage: <code><nowiki>{{twhandle|textfiles|</nowiki><span style=color:red>0</span>}}</code>
Red number meanings:
* 0 = Account available. (can be left empty)
* 1 = Account protected (private).
* 2 = Account suspended.
* 3 = Account unavailable. “Twitter / ?”.
** Could mean that the account is deactivated or entirely deleted.
** Unlike on [[Facebook]] and [[Instagram]], which keep deactivated accounts indefinitely, [[Twitter]] accounts deactivated beyond 30 days can not be reactivated again and are lost permanently.<ref name=deactivate>{{URL|https://help.twitter.com/en/managing-your-account/how-to-deactivate-twitter-account|Twitter help: ''“How to deactivate your account”''}}</ref>
If the account has deleted many tweets, or routinely does it, please mention it in the “About” column.
