- Ukraine east of Kyiv will be under Russian control
- A nuclear weapon(any yield) will have been used in an armed conflict

- US dollar will be less than 50% of all global currency reserves
- US will instigate a foreign war/invasion(specifically with clear intent against a major oil exporter who expresses intent to trade in non-US-dollars)

- Total visible minority population of Canada will increase by at least 10%

- Moore’s Law will have come to an end(specifically miniaturization of transistors will not surpass 15A)
- Level 4 driving automation will not be achieved
- “General” artificial intelligence will not have been achieved(hard to measure, but maybe described as nothing that represents an existential threat to humans)
- Quantum computing will still be relegated to research
