Usage of Intellectual Property is granted without prior written consent,
within prior mentioned activities are permitted provided that 
the following conditions are met:

 1. The utilization MUST NOT incorporate any materials that infringe upon copyrights.
 2. The utilization of game materials MUST confined exclusively to original game screenshots;
    the employment of any other game assets is EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED.
 3. The utilization MUST NOT encompass content that is defamatory towards the
    copyright holder or any other copyright entities.
 4. The utilization MUST maintain the aforementioned copyright notice,
    this includes attributions and contact details as specified in the 
    copyright section (e.g., colophon).
 5. The utilization MUST accurately represent the game and character names 
    without deviation.
 6. The utilization MUST NOT incorporate any materials from original game's ending.
 7. The utilization for commercial purposes outside of doujin circles is PROHIBITED, 
    except under the following conditions, unless prior written consent is obtained:
    - Commissions involving limited-quantity productions
    - Free-to-Play mobile games featuring in-application advertisements and
      in-app purchases.
 8. The following utilizations are PROHIBITED without prior written consent:
    - Commercial production of animated works.
    - Distribution of software on the Xbox 360 Indies channel.
    - Distribution of software through browser games and mobile games, 
      except as permitted under item 7.
 9. The utilization MUST NOT contain content that may contravene local or Japanese laws 
    which includes following and not limited to:
    - Sexually explicit contents
10. The utilization MUST be clearly distinguishable from the original game by the general public.
11. The utilization MUST NOT integrate personal ideologies that exceed the bounds of fictional representation.
12. The utilization MUST NOT propagate hate against any individuals or groups.
13. The utilization MAY distributed via following channels, but not limited to:
    - Local doujin events/shops in Japan
    - Events with prior consent from the copyright holder
    - Small home business, limited to the distribution of physical media.
    - BOOK☆WALKER
    - Touhou Digital Music Distribution
    - Local events with admission fees on an individual scale

THE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT ANY FORM OF WARRANTY, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITIES.
