Librivox feed chapter list order in Downcast

If you use Downcast, the un-downloaded feed chapters will start (chapter 1) at the top,
IF you stick in a time stamp with Chapter 1 as "newest", "latest", "most recent" time stamp.

For example, the basic idea is:

• Chapter 1: Thu, 07 May 2009 21:34:00 -0400
• Chapter 2: Thu, 07 May 2009 21:33:00 -0400

The Above gist examlle is an older, decently done librivox RSS file. But...

Now days Librivox puts in NO date in the RSS file and therefor, in downcast, the undownloaded chapters appear in reversed order.

Of course, once downloaded you can sort as you like, but it's just weird the way it is.
