Giraffe | A Delegate and SmartBridges Service Provider | Both Rewards and Service Profit Sharing | Welcome to Be Our Angel Voters!

INTRODUCTION

Hi, all :) We are Anderson and Masato from Taiwan. We are experinenced software engineers in Web, security, and blockchain. Both of us are working in a blockchain startup in Taiwan.

We love ARK intuitive DPOS mechanism, active community, easy-to-use wallet and SmartBridges functionality. We believe delegate can do much more than sharing rewards. We hope to let Chinese people know more about ARK. We love to challenge and we all love Giraffe.

OUR VISION AND PROPOSAL

We aim to explore the potential of ARK delegate and SmartBridges. We plan to combine the 2 potential ARK features to create a sustainble delegate and providing service people will love to use.

Giraffe is a delegate, providing 80% rewards sharing.

Giraffe is a SmartBridge Service Provider. At first, we plan to provide:

  1. Contract execution service, using ARK to invoke Ethereum Smart Contract.
  2. Cryptocurrencies exchange service, starting with ARK-to-ETH and ARK-to-Tokens(ERC20).

Ark Contract Execution Services (ACES) demonstrates the possibility for this kind of services.

Giraffe is a blockhchain-based organization(maybe DAO). We are totally funded by delegate rewards(rest 20%). Our services are enforced by ARK SmartBridge, and that means the requests from users will be recorded on ARK blockchain, so we can never deny. In addition, we share most of our profit to our voters. We also hope to reveal off-chain information so we will provide bi-weekly Report including our developing progress, cost report, and any latest update to our voters.

ROADMAP

  1. OPEN SOURCE | Late Q1 2018, Release our open source repos

  2. BETA STAGE | Early Q2 2018, Launch beta site

  3. LAUNCH I (Contract Execution) | Q2 2018, Using ARK to invoke Ethereum Smart Contact functions

  4. LAUNCH II (Ether) | Q3 2018, Launch ARK-to-ETH exchange

  5. LAUNCH III (ERC20 Token) | Q4 2018, Launch ARK-to-Tokens(ERC20) exchange

  6. Support more cryptocurrencies in the future

REWARDS/PROFIT SHARING POLICY

  • We hope not only sharing our delegate rewards but also our profit of providng services. Our rewards/profit Distribution:

    • 80% Delegate rewards + 80 % future profits(when we launch): Total profit for voters
    • 20% Delegate rewards + 20 % future profits(when we launch): Developing and operating cost

  • To reward our early supporters, we design three phases of voting. As our voters of Angel Phase and Kickstart phase, you will gain more profits with same voting weight. The priviledge will be forever until you retrieve your vote.

    1. Angel Phase:
      • Time Period: From now till we become one of top 51 delegates
      • Profits: 3 TIMES more than voters in LAUNCH PHASE with same voting weight
    2. Kickstart Phase:
      • Time Period: After Angel Phase till Launch Phase
      • Profits: 2 TIMES more than voters in LAUNCH PHASE with same voting weight
    3. Launch Phase:
      • Time Period: After our first Launch in Q2 2018
