    Arch backup-install-restore

so having space issues, decided to reinstall Arch with right partitioning.
It consists of three sections:

backup needed files
install Arch
restore backup

Backup needed files

I aim for the new Arch to mirror the old one, including the bash prompt, HISTFILESIZE, and more. I require my IRC client chat logs and samba configurations, among others.
1. /etc: I used the traditional tar way.
