The x in the version name means any subversion. For ex: 1.19.x is for 1.19, 1.19.1, 1.19.2, and 1.19.3.

Updated nightly links to use the workflow-based link always to be the newest artifacts and are now linked to a fork I control so I can trigger actions upon expiration. Also removed the sources jar.

Updated the post to be markdown so you have clickable links and in the latest iteration as of this comment, hyperlinks! There's some more stuff like a hyperlink to the source code/github repo and links to IsThisARat checks(and a note to people to not upload the zips to the sites as some have done that recently)
