Looks pretty good mate. I have a few changes for you to look at? For cooler, I'd recommend a closed loop water system, or a Noctua air cooler. You'll be able to push this CPU to 5.0~:

For ram, instead of individual DIMMs, you want to get a matched set. They'll have the best performance under load when OC'd, given an X.M.P profile in the BIOS.:

SSD personal preference -- SanDisk, Samsung, Corsair. Intel's earlier stuff was nicer, but the new samsung/corsair units are really good:

Everything else looks great! I haven't heard of that monitor. I would stick with any of the ones available here - http://www.blurbusters.com/faq/120hz-monitors/. You want something over 120hz, ideally with G-SYNC technology.
