It's this time of the year again. I've decided to take a peek at Google Analytics web traffic stats for my blog Mathalope.co.uk, since its creation in June 2014. (~3.5 years old).
High level Summary (rounded for clarity):
- 140,000 users from 180+ countries
- 740,000 page views
- 35% return user vs 65% new user split
- average visit duration: 2 minutes 30 seconds
- 4% bounce rate
- Peak 30-day Traffic: 9500 visitors around Oct 2017 (see active user chart below)
