* PROJECT: PHANTOM_PAIN
* OPERATION: TACTICAL MEMORY ESPIONAGE
* AUTHOR: ARCHITECT_ Emanyauru Kasutoro (Variable-137)
* * "The world calls for wetwork, and we answer. No greater good. No just cause."
Abstract:
 "We pull in money, recruits, just to combat Cipher... rubbing our noses in bloody battlefield dirt. All for revenge."
 Standard allocators suffer from linear fragmentation—ghosts of old data blocking new growth. Project PHANTOM PAIN treats the memory heap not as a line, but as a phyllotaxis spiral.
 By utilizing the OUTER_HEAVEN_RATIO (\Phi), we ensure that every new data block is inserted at the point of maximum irrationality relative to existing blocks. This prevents "clumping" (Pattern Blue) and keeps the cache distribution uniform, like a well-organized PMC.
