  1. Go to the event page, and click on the link in the upper right box. It is black in this screen shot, because the registration is not yet open; it will be green after 06:00 JST (21:00 UTC December 3) on December 4.
  2. Fill in the name, email address and DOB and agree to ToS.
  3. Confirm again on this page
  4. You will be sent to a page confirming the account creation, but you have not been registered to the event yet.
  5. Go back to the event page, and register!
