November update

Hello! πŸ™‚

This is my personal summary of the progress and needs that have arisen during this month in the training area.

We continue working on the first block of educational videos! These training videos' main goal is to introduce and train users in AsyncAPI.

Work done:

Due to the little feedback that this section has, different options are being considered to encourage more people to participate in the process of creating educational videos. For this purpose, this section has been connected to the Docs area, since education is part of the documentation.

New objectives have been set in the Docs section where one of them is starred by this area, requesting the involvement of more people (you can check it here). There are new people who are already getting involved, like @thulieblack πŸ’œ, but we still need this section, like others, to have a more dynamic workflow where the objectives are achieved through teamwork.

Work in progress:

Pending work:

  • Search for the people who will be the speakers of the videos.
  • Review and correct all object movement errors that appear in the animations and include a watermark.
  • Close the discussion on whether to do a video within this block on AsyncAPI use cases.
  • Select the main content of each video to create a short version of each one.
  • We need feedback on the scripts now that we have all the information, including the animations. Then we can finalize the scripts.
  • Update the storyboards when the scripts were completely finalized.

Any opinion on training area is welcome. Feel free to make any suggestions to improve these updates or if you want to collaborate on this.

See you next month! Have a nice December! ✨
