Hello @Beej126, I'm sorry to bother you.
I have the same issue of @EttoreScolar. Seems like the problem is with libgnutls-30.dll file. Could you upload them again please? I'll really appreciate it.

@EttoreScolar & @AndreaS992 - my apologies, that zip file was totally jacked up... thanks for adding the detail that drove me to look closer @AndreaS992 ... new one posted... i made sure to test download and unzipping looks good
