Terms of Service for Jarvis Discord Bot

By using Jarvis Discord Bot, you agree to the following Terms of Service ("ToS"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use Jarvis Discord Bot.

User Conduct
You agree to use Jarvis Discord Bot only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. You are solely responsible for your use of Jarvis Discord Bot.

Data Collection
Jarvis Discord Bot may collect and store data related to your use of the bot, including but not limited to your Discord ID and messages (Messages are only used for the period of the command in order to process the data including things such as the *invert command which has to process the image on the bot's system in order to allow it to work). Commands may also be logged for troubleshooting purposes and stored for up to 30 days.

User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, transmit, or otherwise make available through Jarvis Discord Bot. You agree not to upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes upon the rights of others.

Termination
I reserve the right to terminate your use of Jarvis if I find you are abusing the bot or intentionally trying to break it on many occasions.

Intellectual Property
Jarvis Discord Bot and all related trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property are owned by me or my licensors. You agree not to use Jarvis Discord Bot or any related intellectual property for any commercial purpose without my express written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Jarvis Discord Bot is provided "as is" and without any warranty or representation of any kind, whether express or implied. I do not guarantee that Jarvis will be error-free or uninterrupted. I will try and make all maintenance scheduled and update the webpage https://botstatus.jarvisdiscordbot.net.

Limitation of Liability
I shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Jarvis.

Dashboard and Privacy Policy
Jarvis Discord Bot is governed by the Red-Dashboard, which has its own Privacy Policy. By using Jarvis Discord Bot, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, which can be found at the following link: https://github.com/Cog-Creators/Red-Dashboard/blob/master/documents/Privacy%20Policy.md.

Governing Law
This ToS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under this ToS shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions set forth in the Discord Terms of Service.

Changes to the ToS
I reserve the right to modify or update these ToS at any time. Your continued use of Jarvis following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified ToS. I will make an announcement before implementing such changes though if I can.
