First thought, Turing has exposed beams and walls.


Second, I wish Turing let me bring my dogs.


Third, we are crammed into Turing like seamstresses in Bangladeshi shirt factories.


Fourth, I think this was a movie starring Robert De Niro and Anne Hathaway.

Oh, it’s also like the book The Circle!


Google is an advertising company before it is a search engine. They do the same kind of company cultural hype that HubSpot did, only bigger and better. Remember when Google slogan was “do no evil?” Yeah, that’s gone now. At least they were honest in that sense.


Pixar hires young people who have dreams of being animators and pays them low wages because they get rewarded just for being there. And yet I still love Pixar, despite this. In fact I think I’d still like to work there, even knowing all this. They’re also making movies to sell toys, but they’ll say “making meaningful movies” or some similar jargon.
