Sam keeping us on time. You’re very thorough. Keep me and Mark from throwing spaghetti at walls. Know a ton of code and I’ve learned a lot from you. 

Mark enthusiasm and plowing through. I like working with you, you’re really fun. 

Chris be more confident. Glad you’re always showing up. Good that you’re taking on challenges. 


Reflections:

	I don’t want to hurt anyone’s feelings when giving feedback. Feedback helps them, and it can be given in a courteous manner.

	If I continue to practice giving feedback like this, it will open up communication paths with people around me. I’ll feel like I’m a safe person to give feedback to. I’ll also grow as a person because I am giving feedback.
