What brought me to Turing?
- I needed a career shift to a more mentally stimulating field of work. I also did a lot of research and appreciated the entire culture and mindset that Turing offerred and encouraged.
Your previous job/profession?
- Human resources working for a large fortune 500 company.
The lens that you see the world through and how you identify with yourself to others.
- I gauge a person based off fo hobbies and interest. If you have a passion then you are inevitably going to be an interesting person to speak with.
What are ideals and expectations of certain groups?
- This has a large part in having a includivity mindset and allowing for other people's differences to shine through. Try to develop an open mind about what certain groups may be able to bring to the table.
How can you play an active role with developing an inclusive environment?!
- Continue to speak about it and make sure that people are aware of it.
