I had tried the Keychain steps as well as using office-reset tool. Completely uninstalling and restarting the machine etc. None of that worked. | |
Finally found the above on Microsofts website - the terminal command worked without issues: | |
Open Terminal and paste the following command: | |
defaults write com.microsoft.Word ResetOneAuthCreds -bool YES | |
AMAZING - read through this entire thread... this was the first thing I tried.... took about 5 seconds and it fixed it. Thank you. | |
Open spotlight, paste that command, open word, resign in and boom! |
